Your data. Your next step.

Use the controls in Zetis for everyday choices, or contact us for access, correction, export, deletion, withdrawal, or an appeal. You do not need to create a new account to make a request.

Privacy requests

Start with the request type, your country or U.S. state, and the email or Apple Private Relay address connected to your account, if you have one. Do not send Dream text, recordings, health details, passwords, or identity documents in the first email.

Choose optional services

Cloud journal, OpenAI processing, and product analytics are separate choices. You can turn each available choice on or off in the app.

Keep a journal backup

Create or import a Zetis journal backup from Settings. The backup covers journal content, but it is not a complete privacy-data export.

Delete content or your account

Delete individual Dreams from the journal, or delete your account and associated cloud data from Profile settings after fresh Sign in with Apple authorization.

Change your mind

Turning an optional service off stops future use through that choice. It does not by itself delete information already held by a provider or required business records.

For a request specifically about consumer health data, use the dedicated subject below. If you want to appeal a refusal, reply to that decision or start a Consumer Health Data Appeal.

What happens next

We will confirm the request and may ask for a proportionate way to verify the account. Responsive data and verification steps that need protection will use an approved secure route, not an unprotected sensitive email attachment.

Deleting the app, signing out, clearing device storage, or turning a service off is not the same as a complete privacy request.
